I'll start, obviously, since there is no one else here 😂 1. My Working Geniuses are Wonder and Enablement. My 'label' is an Idealistic Supporter 2. My Working Frustrations are Invention and Tenacity. This is particularly interesting in my day job as a software engineer where the roles primary desire genius is tenacity. 3. My favorite insight is more of a interpersonal interaction. My wife has Discernment and Tenacity as Geniuses. As someone who Wonders a lot and just asks a lot of questions, early on in our marriage if I asked questions it would stress her out because she thought some action needed to be taken. A silly example was one afternoon, when it was mid summer in Charleston SC, I flippantly said, "I want to move up North." Immediately there was stress because she loves where we live. I do to but in that moment it was taken as a serious idea. So she has learned to ask or discern, because it is her gift, if I am being serious or not. On the flip side, I sometimes bring my Wonder into moments when she asks a question. What I wasn't aware of was, and where The Working Genius has given incredible insight, is that when she asks a question, because she is a Discerner, she is not flippant with questions. The are well thought out and crafted and if she present a thought of something to do it is something to take seriously. So Working Genius has helped my marriage! 4. I am hoping to see a community of people who have taken the assessment both flourish in their life and for those who are stuck to get the clarity they need make progress.
