The most important coding skill for 2025–2026 isn’t syntax. It’s engineering management at the micro level. Knowing how to organize 2-week sprints, break down features into tasks, assign “labor” to agents — and know whether the code is good or not. The devs who can think like project leads — plan, review, and ship — will dominate this new era. You don’t need to write all the code anymore. @Corbin Brown I also found your videos about a week ago. Been trying to vibecode for a month now. And I have multiple apps but none are finished. Not that I don't want to finish them, but AI gets to a point where it just goes in circles for hours sometimes or even days - I think one of the main reasons is it looses context/rememberance of whats all there in the code and its intended functionality/purpose. So I've reached a stalemate. For one project, I even started again, but because AI has that randomness worked into its code, even starting fresh doesn't work.
