Hair loss or normal crown?
Hi everyone, Only recently noticed my crown looks like this. I’ve never looked at it properly before so have no ‘Before’ photos. I’ve got thick wavy hair. Just wondering if my crown looks normal or is this the start of hair loss. From what i can see, i can’t spot any miniaturisation on the photos. Would appreciate your guys opinion.

i’m a 19yo male. My girlfriend also says that my crown has been like this for 3 years+ but i’ve never took a photo of it so i’m unsure, as i’ve never noticed it like this. Also, all these photos were taken under direct light.

Hair product reccomendations
I’ve got very thick 2B/C hair and looking for product recommendations? Currently use cammile rose ginger cleanser, conditioner, leave in conditioner (moisture milk) and as i am curl creme. Are these products good or is there better? Just find my hair is still frizzy and puffy the day after applying the leave in etc, as if my hair still isn’t hydrated enough.

Hair loss/Damage
Hi everyone, I’m 19, nearly 20. Recently been worrying about if my hairline is receding. I haven’t noticed excessive hair loss, so i don’t know if i’m just overreacting. The first two photos are from October 2024, and the last two photos are now in the same light. Other information: - I use Camille rose hair products and nizoral. - I had a major hand surgery operation this year so i don’t know if that may of caused it if it has receded?

@Joseph Westwell yeah mate 👍 do you know where the best/cheapest place for finasteride/minoxodil would be? Seen Manual etc, but all seem quite expensive

@Joseph Westwell Yeah mate, last question. Last question, My hair does seem a little thinner overall i believe which is why my hairline may appear more receeded if im not going crazy 🤣, could this be cause of my surgery in May? I’ve done some research and this suggests it could be the cause and it comes back naturally overtime.
