Do any of you use a valet?
I think it’s helpful to put everything together so I can see how it works as an ensemble. Plus, it’s pretty convenient when you’re getting dressed. Note: I added the shirt hanger knob myself. It’s just a cheap drawer pull.

@Jeff Kennedy Ironically, it’s very practical if you’re a perfectionist, which isn’t very practical.

@Jason Joines Thanks! I come from a long line of clever and handy Norwegians.
OOTD Mixing Patterns and Color
Mixing and matching patterns and colors today with blue and brown up top with sombre trousers and shoes. Spending this lovely lunch on the cafe terrace across from the bank in town.

This is how it’s done.
What are your go-to finishing touches?
I almost never wear a jacket without a lapel pin, or a tie without a tie bar. I haven’t given much thought to pocket squares before, particularly to avoid over-accessorizing in one area, but I found some inexpensive hand-rolled linen ones, and I’m getting into it.

For the other enamel pin freaks out there (are you out there?), PinsOne is the place to go. Sure, it all ships from China, but the prices are WAY lower than anyone else I’ve seen, and the selection is seemingly endless. No, I don’t get kickbacks from them, but I have ordered over 200 pins from them in the last year, and I’m 100% satisfied. https://www.pinsone.com/
New Beard Trimmer Needed
Hey guys, I’m at my wit’s end with my current beard trimmer. It regularly pulls out beard hairs when I’m using it with a guard! I like to keep a short beard (1/8” faded to 1/16” at the sideburns), and I also like to use it with no guard to shave my bald head, leaving just a little stubble to keep the shine down. I would greatly appreciate some recommendations! It doesn’t have to be cordless, but that’s a plus if it is.

I trim my beard and dome to the same lengths, and this Wahl clipper has served me well. No issues with pulling on hairs. https://a.co/d/3t5PKeH
Monday first day at the new job
Trying to make it dressed but not too much as it's a very relaxed place. Will add a light green cap on top that suits well with my color skin and add some more relax and colorful vibe too. Still missing some options for the sweaters so I'm going with what I have, I find that it fits and add some approachable vibe too. Damn coton chino that doesn't look ironed even it is 😅 Tried some loafers but it looks off as way overdressed, I'll wait for a sport jacket to play with it. Feel free to share negative opinions (ofc constructive), I'm French so it's our natural way of communicating don't be shy not surcoating 😂

That tan sweater & navy jacket combo is fantastic. At first I wasn’t so sure about the chinos and the jacket working together, as the blue of the pants is slightly more on the green side, but I think adding that light green cap could tie it all together really nicely. Well done.
