Hello I am Kevin / Alohabaliclubpromotor
I’ve been working as a nightclub promoter for the past four years. I started at the age of 18 as a sub-promoter for three and a half years, and for the last six months I’ve been working as a main promoter. At first, I thought this was just a freelance job. Over time, I realized it’s much more than that—it’s a business. Many people think earning up to USD 6,000 a month in Bali is impossible. I believe that with the right strategy, smart work, and consistent relationship-building, it’s absolutely achievable. This industry has taught me that success isn’t just about selling tables or bringing in guests. It’s about marketing, promotion, negotiation, networking, personal branding, and building long-term relationships with clients. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently ranked among the Top 1, Top 2, and Top 3 promoters at several clubs. I’ve earned performance bonuses and special incentives, and on a single night I’ve brought 1–6 tables across different venues. In one week, I can generate 300–500 guestlist entries across all the clubs I work with. Today, I’ve built a community of more than 5,000 active members and followers who regularly enjoy Bali’s nightlife. There is one principle that has guided me from the very beginning: “Do your best until they can never forget that night.” Because to me, a promoter doesn’t just sell tables or parties—we create unforgettable experiences, build genuine connections, and make sure every guest leaves with memories they’ll want to relive. Hard work matters, but working smart and delivering an unforgettable experience is what truly makes the difference.

Thanks Kevin! It’s really insightful to hear what you’ve learnt and built over the years as a promoter.
Still think promoting doesn't pay?
Here are some old invoices from when we first started promoting. It's crazy looking back at it. We were 22/23 at the time, earning more per week from nightlife than most people our age earned in a month. (This was just year one. It's only gone up since.). We didn't have a community or a course. We just figured it out night by night, venue by venue. That's why we built this space, so you don't have to do it the hard way.

No, these are just a few examples from when we were promoting in London. Myself and Eliot had separate incomes — this isn't everything, just a snapshot to show how the numbers actually break down week by week. There's a lot more where these came from. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The step-by-step system to go from zero to getting paid as a nightlife promoter. 6 modules. Everything you need. MODULE 1 — The Game: What a promoter actually does, how you get paid, and the different levels you can reach. Most people don't even know this career exists — this module opens your eyes to what's possible. MODULE 2 — Building Your Brand: How to set up your social media, create your promoter identity, and convert followers into actual guestlist names. Your brand is what gets venues to take you seriously. MODULE 3 — Getting Your First Venue: How to research and choose the right venues, the exact approach that works, how to pitch and negotiate your deal, and the red flags to avoid so you don't waste your time. MODULE 4 — Building Your List: Who to target, how to build your list digitally and through physical networking, and how to grow and manage it so people actually show up every week. MODULE 5 — Event Night Execution: How to prepare for the night, the art of hosting, table & VIP psychology, and how to handle problems when they come up. 📌 Community Rules
This community is here to help you become a successful nightlife promoter. To keep it valuable for everyone, follow these rules: 1. No self-promotion or spam - Don't post links to your own courses, products, or services. This isn't the place to sell, it's the place to learn. Instant removal. 2. Post in the right category - Got a question? Use Questions❓. Landed a gig? Post in Wins 💰. Keeps things organised and makes it easier for everyone to find what they need. 3. Share your wins - Landed your first venue? Got your first payout? Tell us. Your wins motivate the whole community and prove this works. 4. Help each other out - If you see a question you can answer, answer it. The best communities are the ones where everyone contributes, not just the admins. 5. No negativity or putting people down - Everyone starts somewhere. Whether you've been promoting for years or you're on day one. Respect the journey. 6. What's shared here stays here - Don't screenshot or share other people's posts, earnings, or strategies outside this group. Respect the community. 7. Introduce yourself - First thing you should do is drop an intro in 👋 Introductions. Where you're based, your experience level, and what you want to achieve. The more we know about you, the more we can help. Break the rules = warning first, removal second. No drama. Let's build 👊
