It's been about 6 months since I posted in here. Life got busy. The group drifted. That's on me. But the original reason for creating this group hasn't changed. Life can be brilliant. Life can be brutal. Most of us spend time in both camps. This group is for people to connect, reconnect, ask for help, offer support, share wins, share struggles, and remind each other that nobody has to do everything alone. No judgement. No bullshit. Just good people helping good people. I'll be posting more regularly again from today. Let's get this place moving. 💪

Alongside that, I’m introducing something separate: Over the coming months, I’ll be running focused, paid 30-day resets inside The Engine Room for men who’ve taken a hit to their work or role and need structure and direction back. Fast! These resets will be: - Time-bound (30 days) - Outcome-led - Clearly signposted There’s no expectation for anyone in here to join anything paid. This post is simply about clarity, so the free space stays free, and the paid work stays focused. Details will be shared separately when a reset opens. No pressure. No noise.
