Thank you, John, yes, I have a website but I refer people to Amazon. I do have a QR code for sales though. This is getting too complicated for me! And where is the "facebook ads section?"

I have fixed the problem with ID verification just moments ago. Not Amazon or KDP, ME. I thoight, we tried Edge and Chrome on cell phones, laptops abd desktops Nope. I thought let me try Opera. No on the desktop, but UNBELIEVABLY, it worked on a cell phone!

@John Vantana You have NO IDEA how aggravating this has been! And to think, ALL they had to do was tell me to use OPERA on a cell phone. Morons is too kind to describe them. An d I ABHOR that there is no way to speak to an actual person.!! So I put myself on IngramSpark and will refer people there.
