@Jarne Großstück I'll try to answer it straight rather than pretty. My honest view: pain comes from mismatch. Not sin, not unlearned lessons, not karmic debt collection. Mismatch between what a body or a psyche is built to handle and what it's actually being asked to handle in a given moment. A child's nervous system meeting something too big for a child's nervous system. A belief straining against evidence it can't absorb yet. A body carrying weight it was never given the resources to carry. Pain is the signal of that gap, not a punishment for having one. Where it gets interesting collectively, and I think this is close to what you're pointing at, is that a lot of what we carry isn't even ours originally. We absorb it young, before we have any filter for what's ours to hold and what's just passing through us from family, from culture, from the people who raised us while carrying their own unprocessed weight. So some pain really does show up before we can name it, because it was never fully processed by the person who handed it to us either. I don't think that makes it mystical. (well maybe a little) 😁😉, but I think it makes it human, and honestly more forgivable. You're not failing a spiritual test when pain shows up unexplained. You're just meeting a mismatch that predates your ability to see it clearly. The work is closing the gap, building the capacity, NOT decoding some cosmic message about what you did wrong. (----"definitely not this" Well, That's where I land on it anyway,.. Curious if that tracks with what you're sensing underneath your own question. 💚🌎💙
