🌗 LAST QUARTER MOON IN PISCES — It's Time to Let Go
Today we move into the Last Quarter Moon, and the energy is unmistakable — quieter, more inward, asking us to slow down and release. In astrology, the Last Quarter Moon phase represents letting go of what's better off left in the past, before we arrive at the New Moon at the end of the week. Think of it as the universe creating a sacred pause — a clearing out before something new can be born. And today, this moon sits in Pisces, which makes this energy feel especially tender, deep, and spiritually charged. 🌊 Why Pisces Makes This Moment So Powerful As Pisces governs intuition, dreams, and divine guidance, this lunar energy reminds us that even when life feels uncertain, the universe is still working behind the scenes. The Last Quarter Moon in Pisces dissolves what logic is trying to hold together. Think of this as your personal release checkpoint. What you've been holding onto through daily mental loops, the stories you keep retelling — it's time to let it go. Pisces doesn't negotiate with facts; it moves through feelings, and right now that energy is asking us to talk less and feel more. This is not a moon for pushing forward or taking big action. It's an invitation to go inward — to soften, to feel, and to trust what your intuition already knows. 🤍 The Invitation: Forgiveness, Closure & Release Our ability to be compassionate and trust our intuition will help us know the best way to connect and communicate — with others and with ourselves. Letting go of fear-based patterns from the past will assist us in this process. This Moon is a powerful portal for forgiveness — not because everything is resolved, but because carrying it is costing you more than releasing it ever will. And that forgiveness extends to yourself too. The best place to start is to look at what or who you've been hesitating to forgive completely — and this includes yourself. Maybe it's a version of yourself you've been judging. A decision you keep replaying. A person you've been holding at arm's length inside your heart. Forgiveness doesn't mean what happened was okay — it means you refuse to carry it any longer. You can do this through a conversation, or even a letter you never actually send.

🌿 A Little Reflection from Me 🌿
The garden is growing fast. The hedgerows are full. The days are long. And yet today, at least here, the sky is grey and the rain is falling. I've been a little quieter in the community over the last few days because I've been trying to get my head around Meta (Facebook) ads. It's felt like I've been going round in circles at times—frustrating, time-consuming, and definitely not what I'd choose to be doing with my days! But it's a necessary part of running a business and reaching more people. It reminded me that growth doesn't always happen in sunshine. Sometimes growth happens quietly. Sometimes it happens underground. Sometimes it happens when we're forced to slow down and focus on the things we'd rather avoid. In my case, that meant going back to basics and following step-by-step processes. Not an easy ask for an ADHD brain that likes to jump ahead! But persevere I have, and success has finally come. While the rain has been falling outside, the flowers have been blooming and the garden has been having a good drink. And while I've been glued to my laptop, determined to find the answers, I've realised I've actually grown in knowledge and understanding too. I've been trying to master this stuff for years, and something has finally clicked. When I've felt overwhelm creeping in, I've reached for my rose petal spray, taken a mindful moment, and brought myself back to the present. I'm pleased to report that I've managed to stay calm and centred... ...and I have successfully refrained from throwing my laptop out of the window. 😆 So today's journal prompt is: ✨ What in my life is growing right now, even if I can't fully see it yet? Perhaps it's confidence.Perhaps it's a new idea.Perhaps it's a relationship, a skill, or a deeper connection to yourself. Nature doesn't rush the process, and neither do we. I'd love to hear your reflections below if you'd like to share. 🌿

I’m beginning to recognise that growth can be a slow and gentle process …. I think i’m getting better at enjoying the small steps along the way, becoming a bit more patient with myself, and embracing the little moments of rest and recharge in between 🥰

@Lea Kendall Thankyou … not yet, but will do - I loved the rose course …. I have some time off this weekend so hoping to get out and do some gathering 🌹 🍃
Yesterday’s Foraging for Flowers 🌹
After creating the Wild Rose course and researching the plant I was desperate to get out and collect a good amount of petals, I will use some for my teas, and some to infuse into sweet almond oil, ready for a self-love roll on oil. As you can see from the pictures now is the best time for the wild rose, the hedgerows were abundant with the delicate flowers. I also collected red clover flowers and elderflowers ready for some tea combinations. I may go and collect some more today as their season is brief, reminding us that seasons come and go, and to cherish the moment. I also reflected on how despite the roses delicate and gentle petals, the shrub hosts some vicious thorns, while soft it also protects itself, it reminds us of our own vulnerability and femininity, it needs to come with firm boundaries and strength. Our peace should be protected ☮️

🌕✨ FULL MOON IN SAGITTARIUS — Tonight's Energy + A Simple Ritual ✨🌕
Tonight we have a stunning Full Moon in Sagittarius — and not just any Full Moon. This one is also a Blue Moon, making it an especially potent lunation bringing breakthroughs, truth, expansion, and major perspective shifts. The Full Moon has an ability to illuminate what we normally keep in the dark — and with Sagittarius guiding this energy, the truths that surface are likely connected to your beliefs, your sense of purpose, or your life's direction. 🏹 How Sagittarius Shapes This Moon's Energy Sagittarius is a fire sign ruled by Jupiter — the planet of growth, abundance, wisdom, and possibility. This isn't a quiet, sit-with-your-feelings kind of moon. Sagittarius energy wants movement, truth, and expansion. It asks you to zoom out far enough to realise your current reality may not be the only reality available to you. This Full Moon is a reorientation of meaning. We all live within a story — an unending, unfolding, multi-layered story. And this moon is asking us to let old stories unravel from the mind, the body, and the field, and to release the lenses that have become too small for who we are becoming. The question this moon is asking you: What if the life you want is actually possible? What if the only limitation is the story you've been living inside of? Before we close this chapter, we're being asked to integrate all that this month and beyond has revealed — letting it become wisdom, letting it reshape meaning, and letting it prepare us for the story awaiting on the other side. 🕯️ Tonight's Simple Ritual: The Arrow of Intention You don't need anything fancy for this one — just yourself, a quiet moment, and the moonlight if you can find it. What you'll need: - A piece of paper & pen - A candle (optional) - Somewhere you can see or sense the night sky The Practice: 1. Ground yourself first. Take 3 slow breaths. Feel your feet on the floor. Arrive in your body. 2. Write your truth. At the top of your paper write: "What I know to be true about where I'm heading is..." Let yourself write freely without editing. Sagittarius honours honesty over perfection. 3. Write what you're releasing. Below that, write: "I am ready to let go of the belief that..." — this might be a fear, a story of not-enough-ness, or a dream you've been too afraid to claim. 4. Set your arrow. Sagittarius is the Archer. Read back what you've written, then close your eyes and visualise yourself drawing back a bow. Feel the tension of everything you've been carrying. Then — breathe out and release. Let the arrow fly. Let it carry that old story away. 5. Seal it with gratitude. Place your hand on your heart and say aloud (or silently): "I am open to what is possible."

🌿 Let’s Share Recipe Ideas 🌿
Today I’m craving a little inspiration, and I thought perhaps we could all do with some fresh ideas when it comes to our kitchen wildcraft before spring turns to summer. To me, the kitchen is a green witch’s domain. It’s our pharmacy, our place of nourishment, creativity, comfort, and care. A place where herbs are brewed, food is shared, and love is woven quietly into everyday life. So tell me… What have you been creating lately? Any favourite seasonal recipes? Herbal teas, wild food dishes, syrups, tinctures, baking, ferments? Whether it’s something beautifully elaborate or simply nettles stirred into soup, I’d love to hear what’s happening in your kitchens right now.
