Books you’d like me to review and coachify for you!
There are plenty of books that inspire us, buy after years of assigning them as a teacher, I’ve realised that the real gap lies in applying that knowledge to our own lives. My role now is to coachify that learning in order to help you turn insight into action, so your reading leads to real progress, not just another book collecting dust on your shelf. Which self-help books would you love to include in our book club … the ones you’re excited to actually apply in your own life? Sesh

Here are a few i have read over the last year which i have gone deep into at the time, absorbed the messages but certainly do not practice every day, there wouldn't be time! Has any one read any of these? - There seems to be a badass theme going on!

@Seshnie Naidoo Yes i could not put it down back then, and really needed a shift in perspective. I am going to re read it 25 years later see how it compares!
It’s a new week
What are we opening ourselves up to for this week? What story are willing to let go of in order to have this intention? Sesh

Hey beautiful beings! Here’s my learning from this week - a deep dive into gratitude from a different place… A personal challenge and wondering how this week played out for you? Love Sesh

Thank you for this Sesh. It can be easy, almost habitual to be thankful and grateful for the people, things, environment, even superficial parts of myself. I often journal on being thankful for Hannah, my dog, warm house, my body, which of course I am grateful for all of this and at times take for granted. It does not feel so to look inward at the parts we want to ignore - More journalling required this week!

Ha ha! yes, it took a bit of house re arrangement to get there, but the space now feels right! Intention is to finish creating a design concept that feels fun and aligned with the environment as much as possible. - From my heart I want to be kind to myself for not achieving everything else on my everlasting eternal list!! Joyful and patient too.
