Hey everyone I'm Beck, from New Zealand, living in Portugal. I've had a content repurposing agency for about 3 years but have been using Clickup. I'm excited to learn Airtable as it looks more robust and I can add more automations it looks like. I am looking forward to getting more Youtube focused so this is good timing - lots to learn here. I work with authors and personal brands. I have a monthly repurposing service and I also sell my system - pretty similar to what Stephen does, but my workflows are different and we're more focused on repurposing books. Awesome to be here and looking forward to learning from you all!
Hey! I've set up my Airtable using the Inbox > Processed zap. But now when I want to schedule things to Metricool, it wants me to have the original file in the record, which I don't have. (I guess it can't pull from a Drive link?) Is there a way to get this original file into Airtable without adding it manually AND as part of the initial import?
If I'm zapping client content from Airtable to a Metricool autolist... do I need a zap for each autolist, since the content is going to different platforms and lists? This is a lot of zaps and Airtable views lol. 10 clients each with 4 platforms and 2 autolists each platform... π€― anyone have any hacks for this?
@Stephen G. Pope hmm yeah, but the content for clients isn't necessarily the same on all platforms. Like if it's a quote card vs an Insta reel, I gotta divide up the views. Still working on this
