@Jasmine Kennard Hi Jasmine, You can also access your intake form, video request form and webinar request form directly from your client portal: -Log in to your portal -Go to Campaigns -Go to your "Request Forms" campaign -Copy the link on the "Request Forms" campaign, paste it into a new tab, fill it out, and select Intake Form (or video request form / webinar form) Thank you!
