Hello everyone, I’m working on a little project and could really use your collective creativity and practical thinking. I’m preparing test strips of my various fruit leathers (different flavors, ingredients, textures) and I’m looking for a simple, elegant, and reusable way to present them so they stay fresh, are easy to access, and look inviting. The challenge: - The strips can be slightly sticky, so plain paper doesn’t work well. - Small resealable bags are fiddly to fill, open, and retrieve samples from. - I’d like something that feels tactile, intentional, and easy to handle. Inspiration / dream idea: Something between a stamp album, a plastic-sleeved trading card sheet, an Advent calendar, and a flat monthly pill organizer — where each sample has its own protected slot, can be labeled, and is easily removable without mess. What I’m asking: Have you seen or used a system like this? Do you have ideas for materials (food-safe sleeves, reusable pouches, thin containers)? Maybe you’ve crafted something similar for spices, tea samples, seed swaps, or art supplies? Even wild or simple ideas are welcome — sometimes the best solutions come from outside the expected box! Healthy Dessert Recipe
If you like Chocolate and enjoy putting together healthy desserts, this No-Bake Chocolate Orange Tart is borderline Amazing! You can print out the picture to get the recipe, if you want it. It’s from the Food Matters Cookbook. I did add a quarter cup of maple syrup to the chocolate filling in the middle, since it might be too bitter with just the chocolate powder in there. If your family is anything like mine, this dessert will be “too weird” for them since it’s not a traditional pie. And then there will be more for you! Win/win :) What is your favorite healthy dessert? What do you consider to be a healthy dessert? I consider a dessert healthy if it contains real foods like fruits or veggies, good fiber, good fat, real ingredients, and minimal or no processed sweeteners and flours.

@Richelle Gregg oh yum, that sounds delicious! Avocado chocolate pudding is basically the core of the pie, with some orange zest mixed in there for fun :). Avocados and chocolate go together so well.
