WK2: As I mentioned in the above post, noise is something I feel, and that's why it lingers more for me. Maybe that's true for you, too? As an empath and HSP, I feel a lot of things more than most: emotional impacts, the absence of care, the effects of a narcissist, etc.

WK3: I had an experience this week when my gf mentioned that we could take a road trip from WA to CA. Immediately, I felt a bit triggered, but I didn’t say anything in response. She noticed, but she let it go. The next day I brought it up we discussed it. My boundaries were in question and it bothered me for some reason. I was able to articulate it saying that I’d be out of my normal, solitary dwelling, away from my usual haunts, and though it wasn’t an outrageous ask, for these and perhaps some other yet discovered reasons, it triggered my anxiety. So, I’m sitting with it, turning it over each day until the answers arise.

ALL THREE TIERS ENJOY ACCESS TO THE '90-DAY RECALIBRATION ARC' Cutting to the chase, here's what to do: 1. Look in the main feed for the post with the most recent date, like the one attached with 'XX/XX/XX - PROMPT FOR WEEK X' in the title. 2. Read the prompt. 3. Click the link that takes you to the current week's REFLECTION in the CLASSROOM, using the same week number. 4. Read the REFLECTION and let it sink in. Perhaps copy and paste it into a notes app on your phone or, better yet, download the Skool App and revisit the reflection each day during the week. Journal about it if that's your jam. 5. If you want to, you can post your thoughts, reactions, or questions about it in that week's thread in the main feed. For Standard Tier members, that's the drill. For Premium & VIP members, there are educational materials, group & private coaching, and video options.
