I am already managing to be an online coach, so I am training myself to be online coach so u can tell me your workout program problems and I can help u and if u don't have one, I can create for u a one specific to u and I will help u with your workouts and u help me to gain some experience
i feel sympthoms of overtraining these days so i will go to a deload week, today was day 1, i did chest and biceps with the half of my usual load, felt good tbh
So I decided to really focus on myself I'll be deleting skool and everfit. In terms of training I liked the Google sheets more and can still use it and I'll be coming back to the community when I feel like I found myself.
