i feel sympthoms of overtraining these days so i will go to a deload week, today was day 1, i did chest and biceps with the half of my usual load, felt good tbh

im forgetting about taking pictures of the meals, i have to be more disciplined
I'll be leaving the community for a while
So I decided to really focus on myself I'll be deleting skool and everfit. In terms of training I liked the Google sheets more and can still use it and I'll be coming back to the community when I feel like I found myself.
