From Dark Place to Full Life: Mike's Tinnitus Story 13 Months After It Started
Happy Saturday everyone! Today I have something truly special to share with you all... Wherever you are in your tinnitus journey, I hope this motivates you forward. 🙏 Mike came to me 13 months into tinnitus. He was a construction superintendent for 27 years. Couldn't work. Barely sleeping. Avoided people. Every doctor told him the same thing: learn to live with it. Three months later, the people around him started noticing something different about him before he even fully noticed it himself. I'll let him tell you the rest. 😊 What I will say is that there's a moment in this video where he describes something he did — something physical, outdoors, loud — that four months earlier he would have told you was completely impossible for someone with tinnitus. That moment says more than anything I could write here. If you're struggling, watch this video. Yours truly, 🙏💙 (your tinnitus) Guy

Turning Disabilities Into Priorities (Instead of Problems)
Hello awesome people, As you probably know based on my previous post & video, I recently had a conversation with a friend named Greg Garrett. He’s a coach who mixes business insight with a deep spiritual approach to life. During our chat, he said something that completely changed how I look at my own situation. He said, “A yogi never sees a problem. The yogi just sees a priority.” That really hit me. It made me think that maybe what we call disabilities aren’t just problems to fix. Maybe they’re accelerators, pushing us to grow in ways we never would have otherwise. For me, tinnitus and hearing loss have forced me to build patience, focus, and emotional strength. They’ve become unexpected teachers in my life. And this isn’t just about hearing issues. It could be anything — chronic pain, anxiety, mobility challenges, whatever makes life harder. If we can start seeing these things as priorities instead of punishments, something shifts inside us. I wanted to share the video of my conversation with Greg because I think it can inspire anyone who’s ever had to fight through something tough. I'd love to get your feedback after watching this video! Did it help you see your own disability/challenge in a different light? Yours truly, 🙏❤️ Guy.

🌟 The True Purpose of This Community 🫂
I noticed something, so I want to take a moment to remind everyone why this community exists. It's not just about me sharing tips or answering questions, it’s about all of us supporting each other through our tinnitus journeys. The goal here is simple: 👉 To make sure every member of this community feels supported and can move toward lasting relief. We already have a Wins category, where people can post their tinnitus wins. So far, I’ve shared some of my own progress, and a few of my clients have shared their successes too. But this space is about YOU. ☺️ A “win” doesn’t need to be something huge. Here are some examples you can share: - Getting a few hours of relief during the day. - Having a day where tinnitus felt quieter or less distracting. - Successfully managing a spike and watching it fade. - Sleeping through the night again. - Feeling calmer, even while the sound is there. Every win matters! By posting your experiences, you’re not only celebrating your progress — you’re also encouraging others who might be struggling right now. So if you’ve had a win, big or small, I encourage you to share it in the Wins category. Let’s support one another, and keep moving forward together. Yours truly, 🙏 Guy. PS - And you should always feel free to post your questions as well (Questions category). It may take me a day, but I promise to always answer all of them. This way, everyone learns from each other's questions and answers.

@Guy Cohen Oh, oké. Well, it is in ear. And on both ears. Better than the phone at one ear. That must have damaged my ears even more.
