🤲🏼DAY 2 — Inheritance Changes How You Pray
Yesterday we established this truth: You are a child, not a slave. Today we take it a step further because sonship doesn’t just change how you approach God… it changes what you expect. 📖 Galatians 4:7 says: “So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God.” Read that slowly. Not a visitor. Not a beggar. Not a hopeful outsider. An HEIR. Here’s the shift most believers haven’t made: Slaves ask for permission. Heirs understand inheritance. Slaves hope God will do something. Heirs trust what already belongs to them. Slaves pray from lack. Heirs pray from access. Inheritance means: - You don’t beg God to show up He already promised He would. - You don’t plead for provision you trust His nature as Father. - You don’t pray like you’re unsure you pray like you know who He is. This doesn’t mean you’re demanding or disrespectful. It means you’re secure. A child doesn’t say, “Dad… I’m sorry to ask… I know I don’t deserve it… but can I eat today?” No. They ask because they know where they belong. And here’s the hard truth If you don’t understand inheritance, you’ll keep praying like you’re hoping God approves of you. But approval was already settled at the cross. Jesus didn’t just save you He restored your position. So today’s question isn’t: “Will God help me?” It’s: “Do I believe I’m His?” Because inheritance only feels bold when you don’t realize it’s already yours. Reflection - Where do you still pray from lack instead of access? - What would change if you truly believed God is a good Father? - What have you been asking for like you’re unsure you’re allowed to? Declaration I am an heir of God. I pray from access, not lack. I trust my Father’s heart toward me. I receive what already belongs to me. Tomorrow we’re talking about why begging sounds spiritual but actually isn’t biblical. Stay here. Stay open. We’re shifting mindsets🧡🧡

I have access to GOD through Jesus Christ 🙏🏾✝️
🧡 DAY ONE — AUTHORITY PRAYER PRACTICE
We just learned in Day One of our free series, “Learning Who You Are in Christ,”that we pray as sons and daughters NOT slaves. So let’s practice what we learned. Finish this prayer below in your own words (no overthinking, no begging) Father, today I come to You knowing that I belong, and I declare… Drop your prayer in the comments. Then take a moment to pray over someone else’s prayer too. 🤍 We grow by doing... not just reading.Let’s pray with confidence.

Dear Jesus Christ , today I come to You knowing that I belong, and I declare that “this is the day the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it.” GOD I’ll continue to trust your unwavering hands . GOD thank you for loving me and blessing my family. I will not hold on to the things of old but will be pressing forward to victory in Jesus Christ. I declare your will be done in my life, my husband’s life and our children’s life. GOD you are perfect in all your ways. Thank you for your Holy Spirit who comfort us in every aspect of our lives. GOD you are Holy, Holy, Holy and I’ll continue to sing praises to you off my lips. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I pray Amen.

🤲🏼DAY 1 — You Are a Son, Not a Slave
Let’s set the tone right now. Before we talk about authority, faith, mountains moving, or taking anything back we have to fix identity. Because how you see yourself determines how you pray. And a lot of believers are praying like slaves, not sons. 📖 Romans 8:15 says: “You did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, ‘Abba, Father.’” Read that again. You did not receive a spirit of slavery.Which means if your prayers are full of fear, panic, begging, or desperation…that didn’t come from God. Slave mindset sounds like this: - “God, if it’s Your will…” - “I don’t deserve this but…” - “Please don’t be mad at me…” - “I know I messed up, but can I still ask…?” That’s not humility. That’s identity confusion. Son/Daughter mindset sounds like this: - “Father, You promised…” - “I come boldly because You invited me…” - “I trust You, even while I’m learning…” - “I belong here.” Slaves ask for permission.Sons walk in relationship. Slaves hope they’re allowed.Sons know they’re welcome. And here’s the hard truth....If you still see yourself as a slave, you’ll always pray like you’re trying to earn access. But access was already granted. Jesus didn’t die so you could visit God occasionally. He died so you could belong. You don’t have to beg God to love you. You don’t have to convince Him to help you. You don’t have to perform to be heard. You are adopted.Chosen.Covered.Welcomed. Not because you earned it but because He wanted you. Reflection Questions - When you pray, do you sound more like a slave or a son? - What fear shows up when you approach God? - Where did you learn that posture? - We’re not shaming today. We’re waking up. Because before you can speak to mountains…you have to stop kneeling like you don’t belong. Declarations I am not a slave.I am a child of God.I belong in His presence.I approach Him with confidence, not fear. Tomorrow we’re talking about inheritance and why it changes everything about how you ask.
