@Janene O'Connor Great share.
The Easy as A.B.C. FAST Retirement Formula 🐸
I dropped my upcoming book Property Power (publishing later this year) into NotebookLM AI to see how it would summarise my real-estate investing process — specifically the steps I used to build financial freedom through property. What surprised me wasn’t just what it pulled out (it really simplified what I did)… but what questions it raised. So I’m curious: If you were learning this process for the first time, what would you want clarified, challenged, or explored more deeply? Or what’s the one part of property investing that still feels unclear or overwhelming for you? Drop your thoughts below — I’m genuinely interested in what stands out to you.

Please introduce yourself below, and tell us:- 👉 2 Truths and 1 Lie - about you! But please don't tell us which is the lie, lets see if we can guess! For example mine are: 1. I was raised on a farm and broke my leg falling off our horse. It bolted after seeing a snake! 2. I'm very competitive and always wanted to play sport. I couldn't because I have a hole in my heart. 3. Despite my friends calling me 'mango head' for many years, I had no idea what a mango actually was! Now its your turn...

@Janene O'Connor good effort but didn’t quite get there. I’ll do my research before jumping into something but I don’t have to be completely convinced in advance and willing to work some things out as I go. I think having a little risk tolerance comes from working on large infrastructure projects over the years. Generally speaking people in those industries deal with high risk everyday and have a higher tolerance to some more everyday decision making. I found it hard to make up a lie and make it blend in…

I’m a blue and teal Man myself. Blue came from my favourite football team growing up and my colour loves the colour teal, so a lot of decor in our house is teal - I’ve grown to really like it.
