@Josh Thomas you may be experiencing a shift into parasympathetic state and you become more aware consciously of what the subconscious was already experiencing. And you are highly kinesthetic by nature. We naturally go in and out of the alpha state when we walk or drive with things passing our peripheral vision. When we are in the zone or flow state. And just before sleep and after awakening. Pay attention (consciously) to those times notice if you also have the same sensations.
