Stop Chasing Validation. Become the Centre of Your Own Life.
Stop Chasing Validation. Become the Centre of Your Own Life. The more you need someone to choose you, the more power you give them over you. You overthink their messages. Analyse their behaviour. Wonder whether you're attractive enough, interesting enough, or good enough. Without realising it, you've handed someone else the authority to determine how you feel about yourself. And the more you chase their validation, the further you drift from your own life. Stop Making Other People Your Centre There's nothing wrong with wanting love, connection, recognition, or success. The problem begins when you need these things to feel whole. You stop living and start performing. You become overly concerned with how you're perceived. You adjust yourself to keep someone interested. You sacrifice your priorities to avoid disappointing people. You measure your worth by how much attention you receive. Eventually, your entire emotional state becomes dependent on things you cannot control. Someone replies, and you're happy. Someone withdraws, and your world starts falling apart. This isn't freedom. It's dependence. The solution isn't to become cold, pretend you don't care, or convince yourself you need nobody. It's to build a life in which other people's choices no longer determine your relationship with yourself. Build a Life You Actually Want to Live When your life lacks direction, another person can easily become its central purpose. Their attention gives you excitement. Their affection gives you security. Their approval gives you a temporary sense of worth. But no relationship can permanently compensate for a life you've abandoned. You need something of your own. A purpose worth pursuing. A body you take care of. Skills you're developing. Work that matters to you. Experiences that make you feel alive. A relationship with yourself that doesn't collapse whenever someone else becomes unavailable. This isn't about becoming so busy that you never have to feel anything. It's about becoming genuinely invested in your own existence.
Stop Chasing Validation. Become the Centre of Your Own Life.
Confidence And Faith In Self, Is Confidence And Faith In Universe!
Source and the Universe created us and created our paths. They don't make mistakes. It may look like they did in the short term, but in the long view they did not.
Confidence And Faith In Self, Is Confidence And Faith In Universe!

Thoughts On Accessing The Collective
Accessing "the Collective" depends entirely on which door you’re standing in front of—whether it’s psychological, spiritual, or technological. It is essentially the process of tapping into a reservoir of information or consciousness that exists beyond the individual "I." 1. The Psychological: The Collective Unconscious In Jungian psychology, accessing the collective means tapping into the Collective Unconscious. This isn't about personal memories, but "archaic" patterns and images (archetypes) shared by all humans. - The Access Point: Dreams, active imagination, and myths. - The Goal: To realize that your personal struggles are often echoes of universal human experiences. - 2. The Spiritual: The Akashic Records or Universal Mind Many spiritual traditions suggest a non-physical plane of existence that stores every thought, word, and action in the history of the universe. - The Access Point: Deep meditation, altered states of consciousness, or "flow" states. - The Goal: To gain "gnosis" or direct knowledge that bypasses intellectual study. - - 3. The Technological: The Global Brain In a modern sense, we access a version of the collective every time we go online. We’ve externalized our collective knowledge into a digital web. - The Access Point: Interfaces, neural links, and search engines. - The Goal: Total "semantic agency"—the ability to pull from the sum of human data to solve immediate problems.

Interesting concept
motivation
You are only as good as your routines. Build routines full of good habits. Meditation, journaling, reading, nature walks. Don't sit on the coach eating crisps and binge watching netflix. Go live a little!

If I were you I'd read the writings of Seneca, who said, "Of all people only those are at leisure who make time for philosophy, only they truly live."
