Repeated thoughts
🧠 CORE — YOUR REPEATED THOUGHTS SHAPE FAMILIAR PATHWAYS The thoughts you repeat matter. I always get this wrong. They probably think I’m difficult. I have to keep everyone happy. Something is going to go wrong. When the same thoughts are repeated again and again, they become familiar. And familiar patterns can become easier to repeat. The same thought. The same emotion. The same reaction. That is why awareness matters. CORE helps you discover the thought patterns and stories operating in the background, understand how they influence your emotions and behaviour, and practise a more intentional response. Pause. Think. Choose. Respond. “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2 NKJV Pay attention to what you keep rehearsing in your thinking.

What we repeatedly tell ourselves can shape how we see life, so let’s choose thoughts rooted in truth, faith, and hope. 🙏🧠✨

Windows of Hope
SPRING DAY — WINDOWS OF HOPE Winter can feel long.Bare branches.Cold mornings. Grey skies.Gardens that look as if nothing is happening. Then spring arrives. The light changes.Buds begin to open.Flowers push through hard ground. Colour returns. What looked lifeless begins to move again. Sometimes our thinking goes through winter too. Nothing will change. This is just how it is.There is no way forward. CORE helps us recognise those thought patterns, create space between the thought and the reaction, and practise a more intentional response. And prayer can open a window where hopelessness had closed one. Not by pretending winter never happened, but by helping us see that winter does not get the final word. A different thought. A different possibility. A little courage. A next step. From winter to spring. From hopelessness to hope. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? — Isaiah 43:19 NKJV 🌷 What is one area of your life where you are trusting God for a new season?

Sometimes God uses the quiet winter seasons to prepare us for the beautiful new beginnings He has already planned. 🌷🙏
