Movitational Moment: You're about to become someone BRAND NEWโจ
Before we step into Identity Alchemy next week, I want you to take a moment to really honor where you are RIGHT NOW. Because this P.R.E.P week was about the transition that's happening as we speak. This week about pausing long enough to notice what you have been carrying and gently releasing it before you begin the process of becoming someone brand new. Underneath what you've been carrying. The version of you that got you here deserves your compassion. Even the parts that coped in messy ways. Even the parts that overworked, overthought, shut down, performed, procrastinated, people-pleased, spiraled, or tried to hold everything together with both hands and no breath. That version of you was not wrong. That version of you was trying to survive with the tools, awareness, capacity, and support you had at the time. So before we leave that identity behind, we do not shame it. We thank it. We witness it. We recognize what it carried. We let it be seen without letting it keep leading. Because next week, we begin the Identity Alchemy Challenge. And this is where the work starts to shift. We are not walking into this challenge trying to become someone fake, perfect, polished, or impossible to maintain. We are walking in with awareness. We are honoring who we are now. We are releasing the patterns that no longer match where we are going. And we are making room for the identity that has been waiting underneath the survival, the noise, the pressure, and the old programming. The identity you are becoming is not separate from you. It is not some distant future self you have to chase. It is the version of you that becomes easier to hear when you stop abandoning yourself. It is the version of you that chooses with more clarity. The version of you that rests without guilt. The version of you that notices the old pattern and pauses before repeating it. The version of you that moves with more self-respect, more honesty, more intention, and more trust. So as we close P.R.E.P. Week, let this be the transition:
