NEWS: Be on the lookout for items in and around your house or in another convenient location for use in our December challenge! What will you need? *Something for your dog to get one with two front feet *An item that is dog-elbow-height or lower for your dog to get completely on *Something your dog can jump over *Something your dog can go under *Various items your dog can interact with (like going around, etc.) ***Agility equipment is allowed but may not be used as intended for agility (you can go under a jump but not over it, for example). While I don't want to let the cat out of the bag in this dog group (HAR HAR), I can tell you that you will be allowed access to expert help during the December/January challenge and, if you want to, for a small fee, you will be able to submit your challenge video to a outside judge and earn a title in an existing registry, and get a downloadable certificate AND A RIBBON IN THE MAIL! More info on that to come! In other news, the EXCITING NEWS FOR ME part, I'd like to share that I've written/designed a dog agility coloring book! The book includes the story of a group of gnomes as they set up, warm up, and compete at an agility trial! It's pretty realistic for a coloring book about gnomes :) It's a great gift for agility instructors, competitors, judges, and yourself! It's a super stocking stuffer, and it's awesome for relaxation and focus at agility trials or in your RV at the end of a trial day. I'm excited to offer an opportunity to share my passion of supporting dog sport competitors, trainers, and enthusiasts in working with their dogs at home or in other small space environments. I envision this community to be a positive and supportive space for people in which people can learn, chat, and have fun! I hope to present opportunities and information for training dog agility, disc, rally, parkour, nose work, and more, and offer the chance to make real improvements in your training and competition performance while working with your dog at home. I'd also like to support and explore offering more video competitions like one I hosted this summer, which was a lot of fun. Please introduce yourself and share pictures of your dog(s).
