The theme for July inside my community is Activate Your Voice! We're doing some interesting work to uncover what you are uniquely here to say! And then helping you find the courage to say it. The most important layers of your voice aren't found by learning more. They're found by listening inward. I'm dropping a simple question below, and I'd challenge you to actually spend a few minutes writing about it. Get out a journal, put on some music, and answer it from the INSIDE! I'd love you to share what comes through for you. Sharing is what starts to amplify your voice, and it's how conviction actually builds. You don't get more sure of what you think by keeping it in a journal. You get sure by saying it out loud and watching it land. So don't try to get it right. Just LET IT BE REAL. 1️⃣ Confidence is your content. You don’t have to be perfect on camera. You have to be present. Brands can feel when you’re holding back and they can feel when you’re fully in it. Show up as you and that alone will set you apart. 2️⃣ Brands don’t want perfect. They want real. From the brand side I can tell you authenticity converts. The creators who book consistently are not the most polished ones. They are the ones who feel like a real person talking to a real person. 3️⃣A million views does not equal success. Yes brands look at views but what I know now from the other side is views do not always equal conversions. The brands who are really paying attention are looking at click through, engagement quality, and whether you are actually building trust with your audience. So stop letting your view count determine your worth as a creator. Save this for when you’re ready to start. 🙌🏽

Every time. Here's why this matters practically Algorithms, referrals, and word of mouth all run on activity. When people see conversations happening, they want in. When they see nothing, they assume it's dead and leave. The number you should be watching isn't your member count. It's how many people posted, commented, or responded this week. If that number is zero, adding more members doesn't fix it. It just gives more people an empty room to walk into and leave. Engagement is a culture problem, not a size problem.
