Does anyone use the e pay or ACH option in rent manager for vendors? Avid has been a slow process and wanted to try a different one. Any success?

So I decided to check back in. On the 14 pad park in TN, this is about 40 mins from my house down there. The guy who out bid me withdrew his offer! I wonder why, answer he was overpaying. So I'm going to dig back in and see where we stand! This is definitely smaller that I would like to be far from. However its a start. Waiting on updated financials!

Curious, an all POH parks do banks look at a leases that say lot rent 800 mobile home rent 400. Total $1,200. Then lend accordingly. I know @Michael Pansolini you were tossing this idea at one point. I assume it all depends on how the lender thinks about it. @Michael FitzGerald
