The Return of MMA Shea: My First MMA Fight Since 2024
This weekend I will be making my return back to the cage for my first ever fight overseas. I will be fighting a Judo black belt with a record of 5-2 in the co main event of the show. The show is the biggest show in the Canary Islands and I am very much looking forward to it. In this video I go into detail about my weight cut, my opponent, the gameplan and my prediction for the fight. I am looking forward to bringing back the victory to the Size & Violence community. I am here to try and do us all proud and motivate all the young fighters to take their chances in the future too, or even re motivate the fighters in here who are more experienced than myself to make the return also. Only a little bit of weight to come off and then it's flight time boys! Oss 🥋

Towards the end you were doing a good job on pivoting on balls of feet on the punches but not so much at the beginning. Maybe mix up the combos and also anticipate the counters coming back too. P.S maybe lace up ur gloves better next time too ;)
Still quite humbled about how broad my shoulders are
I'm only 5'10, 230lbs. My healthy weight is higher than the average man. If I was 160lbs I'd die. My doctors have told me I should be around 185-205lbs to be healthy.
