Animals are great reminders that we need to play animals are such great reminders that we need to play! Mine we're having the best time with a piece of tissue paper this morning. And when I fill my animals and share them it really isn't just random pet videos thrown in with them past stuff. The animals are part of our reset and nervous system regul They help us play and play is also the reset.
