I start my premium tier at $49. Then I raise the price $10 every month. I tried starting at $5 and slowly working up. It nearly broke me, and I kept doubting my offers. Here’s the math that changed my mind: 100 members at $49 is $5K a month. And the people who joined early, especially on annual at 60% off? They’re not going anywhere. AI makes it ridiculously easy to create courses, workshops, challenges and digital products. The problem? More offers don't automatically mean more buyers.
