AVOID being wiped out by AI (new video)
(DM me with "AI" and I'll send you the Loom video) Are you worried about AI replacing your coaching business? I get asked this all the time. And a year ago I would have said it's not a problem. Unfortunately... With what we are seeing now in the market? If you do not get prepared... You are going to get WIPED OUT. Sorry if that sounds dramatic. But it's the truth... Because ChatGPT just murdered some of the most popular coaching niches. And if you're in one of them? Your days are numbered. But here's the good news... Some niches are actually GROWING because of AI. (And they can't be replaced - no matter how good AI gets) So I recorded a quick Loom video breaking down: The 12 coaching niches getting wiped out by AI The ONE niche that's completely AI-proof and booming (and that's EASIER to find clients for) How to position yourself so AI helps, not hurts your business Reply to this email with “AI” and I'll send you the full breakdown… Before your coaching business gets ChatGPT'd into oblivion. PLEASE NOTE: You only have 4 days to watch this video before it's taken down. So don’t sleep on this… DM me "AI" now for access. Let's goooo!

for those that feel like giving up...
I haven't posted in a while BUT...for anyone that has not gotten the results that they wanted, keep going. Everyone will get results at different times, not all of us will get our first client in 3-4 weeks. It may take 3-6 months depending on a number of factors (finances, personal reasons, layed off, etc.) Here's whats guaranteed: If you stop, the results you want WILL NOT happen, thats for sure. So don't stop, keep going, the outcomes might be around the corner and you don't even know it. I'm definitely not stopping and I WILL get a client that pays me what I'm worth and by next year, I'm gonna thank @Ed JC Smith in person for this opportunity.
Just got my first paying client
@Ed JC Smith Used the COA CLOSER process to get my first paying coaching client. Couldn't get them to deposit $1800 but they were good with paying $600 a month for 3 months. Its a small win to start, thank you for everything we're learning here 🙏
Time off question
I had a question for all of you @Ed J C Smith I've been planning to take a week and 3 days off in July but if i have clients...what's the best way to handle that? I don't want to abandon them after they've paid for my service already so wanted to get some insight on what can be done It's a road trip with alot of stops and kids so won't really be able to have a solid schedule or even a location for calls

Should you give away free coaching?
If you're struggling to land coaching clients… And you think offering free coaching first might be the answer? Then keep reading :-) You see, after offering a free coaching program for over a year… I was shocked by the data. Because out of the thousands of people who had access, only a TINY percentage did the work and finished the training. At first, I blamed myself. Maybe I wasn't clear enough? Maybe I needed to follow up more? But then I noticed a pattern... Because when we charged $5,000 for the same program, nearly ALL of them completed the training. You see… This is what free coaching does to people's psychology. When people get something for free, they don't value it. They don't use it. And most importantly - they don't believe in themselves. Think about it... How can someone believe in their ability to charge $1,500+ for coaching when they weren't even willing to invest in their own development? It creates this weird paradox: They want it free because it feels "safer"... But because it's free, they don't take action... Because they don't take action, they don't get results... And because they don't get results, they struggle to charge premium rates. It's a vicious cycle. And the worst part? It damages their self-belief. And makes them question if they're really cut out for this. When in reality, they just needed some skin in the game. Some commitment. Some accountability. Some proof they believe in themselves. I've seen this play out hundreds of times now. Free coaching might seem kind to offer… but it often does more harm than good. Both to your business AND to your clients' results. So, out of interest… Have you ever given away free coaching? What happened to those clients? Would love to hear your experience.

@Ed JC Smith i started doing it to get some case studies but I've noticed people don't take it seriously when it's free in my experience so far and as you said, they don't really see the value. I've decided to start charging $2000 to start once i get my high ticket offer setup even though I'm new to this
