Cancellations and refund requests. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Because there's nothing like coming back from a holiday to find a "I need to cancel" email sitting in your inbox. ๐Ÿ™ƒ Do you have a policy โ€” a real one, written down, in your contract? Or do you handle it case by case and pray the client is cool about it? ๐Ÿคž Because "I'll figure it out when it happens" is not a refund policy. And without one, you're negotiating from a place of panic instead of clarity every single time. ๐Ÿ˜ค Your policies protect YOU. Oh that's a good one. Most of my offers are pre-paid one and done or a subscription, so they can just go turn it off. Hmmm....

Let's talk about your pricing page โ€” or the conversation you have instead of one. ๐Ÿ‘€ Do you have clear, published pricing? Hidden pricing? "DM me for details" pricing? "It depends" pricing? ๐Ÿ˜… Because how you present your pricing tells your clients a LOT about how you feel about your own value. Hiding your prices isn't mysterious โ€” it's hesitant.
