Well, as you saw in my previous post, my focus is on getting GPT to help me in a way that is more useful for me, so I will try your prompts and play with it tomorrow :) I need to get some time back from these weekly tasks and feel like thats the way to go

Building your own Chat GPT
I am an actual beginner and so far I have used GPT for polishing ideas, grammar checks, creating structure, so simple things. But I have heard how people are training their own GPT. Are you guys able to reflect on your pwn experience, how skilled are you with tech, how challenging was the set up, how long did it take you? I am curious but feel already overwhelmed without even starting heheee

@Susan Peahl you have inspired me to go back to the free version of the chat gpt and I actually started to prompt it the way I need and I got it to brainstorming with me so I think I can use now the free version with the saved prompt in my computer to get the job done in a way that I need. Thanks

🌅 Morning routines — let's compare notes. Mine looks like this: ⏰ [Wake time] - 7.30am ☕ [First habit] - COFFEE 📖 [Second habit] - SKOOL 🚀 [How you start work] - Slowly ⏰ [Bedtime] - when i fall asleep What does yours look like? Drop it below — I'm always looking to optimize. 👇
What does your morning look like?
Wake up 6.00-6 30 Sit on the verandah phone off with a cuppa for 15 min, just watching the birds and talking to the universe hahaaa After that scroll SM, skool emails 30 min Most days morning walk, shower, breakfast 8.00- 8.30 quick admin emails, scheduling client a etc etc 8.30-1.30 is my creative time to make content for my community - recipes, videos , handouts, I love it Then lunch, stretch, maybe meditation or lymphatic exercises 10 min, need to clear my head After lunch until 4.30 usually client consultations I don't work after 4.30, I have made a rule because I can get too carried away and burn myself out. Evening times I chat and hang out in SKOOL communities or respond to my own people Bed 10-11.00 No work on weekends either except when I have the health shop. I have to hold myself back and make sure I am in the flow otherwise I will start hating all the tasks.

Hey 👋 Kelli here from Brisbane Australia. I am naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist and I truly love what I do. I am building community for women over 40 to help them navigate the healthy eating. Believe it or not but now in 21st century food can't be blindly trusted anymore, on top of that we have information oveload and busy lives so I want to take the stress and overwhelm away, replace it with joy, patience and curiosity and see how my women grow their health. The focus is to clean up the diet and start eating anti inflammatory foods. As a person I am driven, curios and warm. I love to giggle, dance, play bass guitar, go to nature and explore spiritual stuff. I would love to create true connections and support each other, motivate each other and spur good energy into this place. I am in this group because inbelive I am no where close using the AI potential. The important but for me is that I stay human, commented, authentic but use AI for shortcuts and making my life more simple.
