Quick Observations
Most AI agencies are solving the wrong problem. They're obsessed with building the perfect workflow when they should be obsessed with adoption. I see this pattern everywhere: Someone builds an incredible AI system. It works flawlessly. It saves hours of manual work. And then... nobody uses it. Why? Because there's a massive gap between "this works" and "this gets used." The best AI implementations I've seen aren't the most technically sophisticated. They're the ones that feel inevitable once you see them. Amazon's recommendation engine isn't impressive because of its ML complexity. It's impressive because it shows up exactly where you're already shopping. The winning approach isn't about making AI smarter. It's about making AI feel like it belongs in the workflow people already have. This means starting with behavior, not technology. Instead of asking "what can AI do?" start with "what do people already do, and where does friction exist?" The future belongs to builders who design AI around human patterns, not the other way around. Most people are building AI solutions and then trying to convince users to adapt. The winners are studying user behavior first, then building AI that fits seamlessly into what already works.

That’s so true @Mike Futia lately I’ve been building to free up my time to spend on activities that allow that free time to be spent more beneficially to me, my family and my community. For example, my AI 2-person podcast and the solo reflection have saved me hours weekly creating content and the workflow. Now all I do is input my prompts into my spreadsheet and let them rip. I can’t thank you enough for the jump start.
Successful Baby Podcast Beta Test
Yea!! I’ve successfully created and beta tested my talking baby podcast workflow! I’ve tweaked it a bit from the tutorials to suit my business case, adding several more values in the Google Sheet for the joint podcaster version, and I’ve added the YouTube upload node. I actually have two versions, but this one is a single podcaster (younger me), that I have scheduled to run every Wednesday. Now, all I have to do or my VA has to do, is add my new episode text to the google sheet and it’s off and running fully automated. I love that! For now, here’s a screenshot of the flow and the test result (I Tried To Warn My Younger Self https://youtube.com/shorts/ebOYE61O6JY?feature=share). I’m still sharpening my programming and automation skills and I hope to contribute more to the group. Just let me know how I can help. ☺️ P.S. I have an update coming out late Friday with the final version. Which includes: 1.Gmail notification when YouTube video has been uploaded, 2.Upload node to AWS to archive final video, and 3.Gmail notification that workflow has successfully completed. I’ll post that update when complete. This one will be in the bag and off to the next automation. Start the trainings, follow them and you can do it too! Mike makes it simple. Thanks again @Mike Futia for all you do in this group.

AI Agent Skills 🔥
Wanna get really good at building AI agents? Master these 5 skills: 1️⃣ Know the End Goal Start with the end in mind. Picture exactly what the agent should do. If you can’t clearly explain & diagram the outcome, you’re gonna have a bad time. 2️⃣ Be Clear on Inputs and Outputs Define exactly what goes in and what comes out. If your inputs or outputs are fuzzy, your AI agent will produce fuzzy results. Be crystal clear. 3️⃣ Know When to Use an Agent AI agents are cool & all but but they’re not always needed. Some problems are best solved without agents at all. A simple automation will often do the trick. Learn to spot the difference. 4️⃣ Write Good System Prompts System prompts set the rules. They steer the agent’s thinking. Write them plainly, simply, and directly. Good prompts produce good results. Bad prompts produce noise. The best prompt writer? AI. Just use ChatGPT or Claude to write all your prompts. 5️⃣ Master ONE Tool There’s a ton of great software out there for building agents. Sometimes it can be too much. Just pick one and master that one. n8n, Relevvance AI, Lindy, they’re all great. But you can’t master them all.

True @Mike Futia! So many are using AI for everything and it’s removing very needed human interactions. I choose to use AI to help me do my business more efficiently and free up my time so I can commit to personal time with my family, clients and friends.
Successful Baby Podcast Beta Test
Yea!! I’ve successfully created and beta tested my podcast workflow, thanks to @Mike Futia excellent training video! I’ve tweaked it a bit from the tutorial to suit my business case, adding several more values in the Google Sheet for the joint podcaster version, and I’ve added the YouTube upload node. All I have to or my VA has to do is add my new episodes to the google sheet and it’s off and running fully automated. I love that! If all goes well, and I don’t have any issues next week, I’ll share my code with the group. Once I figure out how to save out the n8n file and upload it here, if approved, For now, here’s a screenshot of the flow and the test result (I Tried To Warn My Younger Self https://youtube.com/shorts/ebOYE61O6JY?feature=share). I’m pretty jazzed about it! Mike, I hope it’s ok to share this here? So glad I found this group. As I resharpen my programming and automation skills I hope to contribute more to the group. Just let me know how I can help. ☺️

n8n Testing
I have a question about n8n testing and what are you doing to keep costs low on Hedra? I’ve been developing several automations, the most challenging one is the 2-person podcast, which I tested yesterday with great success. I’ll post my flow soon. However, I’m chewing through my Hedra plan. Is anyone else feeling like Hedra needs a testing environment, separate from production? It’s my programmer coming out of me, but I think something needs to be done, especially for long flows requiring a great deal of testing. @Mike Futia do you have any influence over there at Hedra to look into this for your growing group?
