What are your weekend plans.... Over here, I would like to do some organization and purging of material things.

Friday nights are pizza 🍕 and movie nights🎬 in our house so we did that on Friday. Yesterday the children and I ran errands then spent the afternoon outside playing and enjoying the sunshine. I was also able to get a little rollerskating practice in - I'm learning to skate backwards 😬😅 Today, we're going to get a little more time outside before it rains this afternoon and then be inside for more play time, dance party, cuddles and a good home cooked meal 💕

I feel most disconnected in my relationship. We've been in a lengthy loop of conflict, partially because I havent felt safe to share with him the pain that I'm feeling caused by some of his words and actions. I've been able to share my pain with a trusted friend, but I want to be able to share with him.

@Sherry Patterson @Ervina Vukel thank you both for what you shared. I, too, tend to hide in the dark when I'm in pain, trying to shield myself from other's potential adverse reactions to the hurt that I'm experiencing.
