I agree with you. Last September I deleted Instagram and Facebook from my phone. I kept my accounts because let's be honest I like having them (next year will be 20 years since I created my FB account!). BUT (and this is a big BUT I now have to access both accounts from my computer when I am logged on and not while sitting down with my chin glued to my chest lost in a trance. When I do connect I see some great inspiring things from pages that have clearly matched my interests in personal development but when I see some people's stories I sense noise, turmoil and disharmony that is often based on manufactured "outrage media". I leave them to it. There are some great AI pages on the technicalities of building muscle which can be very informative. The best part for us is the speaking profession is one that can't ever be replaced by AI, we can use it to enhance our content but nothing can replace humans being inspired by other humans through story telling.
