I've worked with three agencies, handling outbound & inbound strategies across platforms like Instagram, email, and even SMS At one point, I was in charge of managing 8 Instagram accounts of an agency using various tools. I also took care of an agency's emails, where we sent out like 1500 emails every day Moreover, I'm always eager to learn new skills and evolve with the changing market If you, or someone you know, is hiring for an inbound dm setter position in an agency, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share the details. I'm in medspa niche. I've been doing cold DMs for like last 14 days and have booked 2 meetings by far. Now, I don't know How's that working out for other people here but I'm finding it difficult to do the outreach. I mean, I'm DOING it, but I feel like I'm only doing it for the sake of doing it. I'm not being creative and last 3 days were awful.... prolly booked 0 meetings :/

I think I will test out pay per show, but I am a bit confused about if I should charge an upfront payment to get started or just charge for the first 5 or 10 clients up front. What do you think?🤔
