The AI is trained upfront on the company, the offer, pricing boundaries, and real objection patterns from their sales calls, so it’s not guessing or winging it. It responds in real time based on what the lead says, gently pushes for a callback or books the meeting when there’s intent, and then GHL handles the tracking, booking, and handoff to the sales team.
