Just got done with a massive Ich outbreak from some new fish. Treated it with methelene Blue, 2 cycles of treatment. Just ensure you take out the carbon portion of your filter before you use. It will destroy the good bacteria. And hike the heat up to 30-32C if your fish can handle the higher temperatures.
