Wondering if online therapy really works? 🌐💻
Absolutely! 🙌 Online therapy can be super effective for tackling mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and more. There are several reasons why online therapy can be effective: 🖥️ Accessibility: Online therapy allows individuals to access mental health services from the comfort of their own home, which can be especially beneficial for those with mobility issues, transportation limitations, or living in rural areas with limited access to mental health professionals. 📅 Convenience: Online therapy offers greater flexibility in scheduling appointments, as sessions can often be conducted outside of traditional office hours. This can make it easier for people with busy schedules to fit therapy into their lives. 👨‍💻 Anonymity: Some people may feel more comfortable discussing sensitive or personal issues with a therapist online, as it provides a greater sense of anonymity compared to face-to-face interactions. 🤗 Continuity of care: Online therapy can provide consistent access to therapy even when individuals are traveling or unable to attend in-person appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. However, it's important to note that online therapy may not be suitable for everyone. Some individuals may prefer or require in-person therapy for various reasons, such as the need for nonverbal cues or a preference for face-to-face interaction. Additionally, the effectiveness of online therapy may vary depending on the individual, the type of therapy, and the quality of the platform or therapist providing the services. Of course, it's not one-size-fits-all, but if you're considering therapy, online options could be just the thing! Remember, finding the right therapist and platform matters too. Take care of your mental health—it's worth it! 💖

I moved to 100% telehealth during the pandemic and find that everything I did in person works perfectly online. The only thing I miss is some hypnotic provers, like pushing down a stiff arm.

@Eugen Popa No difference in effect. I do hypnotherapy with trauma, so it was just an extra way of getting buy-in, I'm not doing stage work or anything where I need that as rapport is sufficient.
Yagerian Therapy Certification Training
I have some exciting news to share with you. At the end of September, I will be opening a new edition of my Yagerian Therapy Certification Training. I haven't taught this program for several years, but during that time I've received many requests from practitioners and students asking me to bring it back. So I finally decided to do it. This training is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to use the Yagerian Method, either for their own personal growth or as a powerful tool to help others. During the training, you'll learn how to work with the unconscious mind to help resolve issues such as: • Phobias and irrational fears. • Panic attacks and anxiety. • Addictions and unwanted habits. • Emotional blocks. • Limiting subconscious patterns. • Unwanted behaviors and automatic reactions. • And many other issues that often don't respond well to conscious effort alone. One of the reasons I value this method so highly is that it allows deep change without requiring clients to relive painful experiences. It is elegant, respectful, and remarkably effective. Today, I simply wanted to let you know that the training is coming back. Enrollment will open soon, and I'll send you the registration page as soon as it's available so you'll have the opportunity to secure your place. will you join us?

Have you decided how long the training will be? Will you offer CEs?

@Eugen Popa I'm in Orlando, FL, USA. I'm unsure what I need to recertify and will check.
