🚀 New video: the exact system I use to build and sell voice AI agents
Local businesses miss calls every single day, and every missed call is money out the door. This video breaks down the exact system I use to build, demo, and sell AI receptionists that catch those calls and pay me recurring monthly income. The whole thing runs on two tools: - Trillet AI to host and white-label the agent - Claude Code to build and configure everything for you You slap your name on it, connect your Stripe, and keep the monthly revenue. What's inside: - Why local businesses desperately need this - Building a personalized demo in 5 minutes from just a website URL - White-labeling so your client never sees the platform - Sub-accounts, onboarding, and invoicing - Letting Claude Code do the heavy lifting on the build - Knowledge base, voice, fallbacks, and SMS booking setup - Getting a phone number connected - The sales math that closes deals on the call - The full 7-step process from demo to live One 5-minute demo can turn into monthly passive income. Once you see it as a repeatable process, you just run it over and over. Drop questions below 👇

@Chris Kauza Yes, subscription. I don't do base fee or setup fee. Everything included in that price. e.g. $169/mo - 100 complementary minutes - Answers 24/7 - Books in calendar live on the call - Answers FAQs - Post call email summaries - In call transfers - Multi-language handling - Analytics - Customer portal - Overage (call minutes) = $0.25/min Trillet is designed with all of this in mind. So setup and tracking is super easy. Higher tiers comes with these additions: - CRM integration - 300 complementary minutes (example) - Overage (call minutes) = $0.20/min - Website widget When you setup a recurring invoice on Trillet, you can give complementary minutes like this (see screenshot).
What workflow would you turn into a Claude plugin?
This is a big step for anyone who wants to turn a useful AI workflow into something other people can actually discover and use. Anthropic has opened a developer portal for submitting Claude plugins, giving builders a clearer path from MCP-powered automation to directory distribution, review, and analytics. • Plugins bundling MCP connectors and Agent Skills • Single remote MCP server submissions • GitHub-hosted plugin bundles • Auto-validation and safety scans before review • Review feedback and publishing controls • Install analytics by product surface and version • Search and listing-view insights for discovery • MCP Apps enabling interactive in-chat interfaces • Enterprise Managed Auth supporting zero-touch OAuth • One discovery experience rolling out across Claude and Claude Code To me, this matters because the winning automations will not just be clever, they will be easy to install, secure, measurable, and discoverable. What plugin would you guys build first if you could package one workflow you use every week? Read the full article here: https://claude.com/blog/build-plugins-for-claude

My Thoughts on Opus 5.5
I've been using this for 1 day now. I've noticed that my Claude Code session responses are much quicker. And I like the outputs/explanations slightly more as well. https://www.anthropic.com/claude-opus-5-5
Claude Cowork And Chat Merge
Anthropic is merging Cowork and Chat into one Claude, so you hand over the task and it figures out what the job needs. - Rolling out to Pro and Max first over the next few weeks. Team and Free plans soon after - Nothing to turn on. Your Cowork chats, projects, connectors, and skills all carry over - New Claude Docs and Claude Slides launched same day, plus Design now works inside conversations - Slides export to PowerPoint or PDF. All three are beta on paid plans - Keeps working after you close your laptop. Check progress from your phone - Schedule recurring work, like a Monday report Claude starts without being asked - Report and a 5-slide deck from one conversation, so they actually match - Default is Claude asks before acting. You can loosen that if you trust it - Enterprise admins get 30+ days notice before changes hit their org The real shift here for us builders: the line between "chat tool" and "automation tool" just got really blurry. Scheduled, context-aware work from a normal conversation is basically a lightweight agent workflow with zero setup. https://claude.com/blog/cowork-is-now-claude
