@Colter Doty @Casey Clayton Yeah as mentioned in the other thread, it’s important to have a baseline. Adding food from there is easy, but you have to consistently eat in a surplus. I don’t advise running if you want to put on muscle lol
I’d love to open the floor to a discussion for questions related to health, fitness, fat loss, muscle building, etc If there’s enough interest, I’d be open to doing a group wide Zoom call
@Casey Clayton track what you eat in a typical day and we can evaluate from there. Having a lot of muscle also makes for a fast metabolism, so it’s a matter of eating in a surplus one way or another. It’s something I have to stay on top of every single day.
Mark 11:20-24 🗣️Speak Gods word to the mountain! 🫀Believe what you speak. (It’s His word so it’s the truth) You will have whatever you speak. (Jesus’s words not mine)
Currently uploading all past clients into my CRM so I can sty consistent with my touch points. Long overdue, but these are the small tasks that add up.
Hello gentlemen. I understand we are all different genetically, and I myself am new to loving myself and putting good things into my body. I meal prep, drink water and watch what I digest. In addition, I want to take the right vitamins and supplements to support what I’m doing. Colter I saw on the curriculum you mentioned drinking green juice lol. What’s that? And what vitamins do you all recommend? Considering I’m on a weight loss journey and working to stay healthy. I take the One A Day but I imagine there’s more to it. I’m not trying to break the bank but I do want to take steps forward in that. Just curious what you guys do
@Jesus Monge I take quite an array of vitamins, but check out Morphogen Nutrition. They have comprehensive vitamin stacks designed for specific functions.
