hey guys, I have a problem with getiing clients. Currently I have 169 prospects in this list (the grey ones are people who aren't interested). I send 15 openers per day, reply rate is like 20%. I follow up with people who didn't respond to my opener for 9 days (trying to get into their primary tab). I'm currently working with 1 client. But I wanna have more clients for sure. Even though people see my free value they say either they're not interested or they don't need it. And the problem I think is the fact that I don't have case studies helping info sellers make more money. I only have email open rates for my current client. What should I do in this case?

I have problems with outreach. I use Instagram DMS to get clients. I search for prospects, see their funnel, see what I can help them with. If I find smth I send them an opener. When I send openers usually 5-6 out of 30 people respond. Then after 1-2 days I do deep research on them and send them free value which is actually good. In voice memo I say that they might benefit from this value (emails, sales page headlines, YT thumbnail ideas and etc.) If they don't reply, I follow up with them until they do. I send memes, messages and additional value as a follow up. This morning 2 of the prospects said that they're not interested. I don't get what's the problem because I actually do deep research on them. What do you think?

So, I focus on instagram outreach mostly. I send 15-20 openers a day and 3-5 people actually respond. I try to skim through their funnel and if I find smth that I can help with I send them opener. But I got around 5-10 people who actually liked my free value but now they just ghost me (they see my dms). One of them said that he likes my dms and free value was fire. But eventually when he asked about my offer and I sent it to him, he said that he is good for now. I asked why he thinks so(was it about the price or smth else). He said 'don't need it/want it'. so, my client's emails land in promotions tab. He uses Kit to send broadcast emails. 1.6k subscribers. 270 bounced. 2k unconfirmed subscribers. doamin bought on Godaddy. Custom email is from Titan.io Any suggestions to move his emails from promotions to primary tab???
