This meet was last month in Feb 28th and I want to fix my form to hit a big pr or for the next meet. I want to aim for 12.6-12.5 I feel its very possible since I have a lot to fix. I'm the one in lane 4 wearing black with orange spikes
In terms of my sprinting probably my top end because I may be long limbed for my height 5'10 wingspan at 5'5 other than just it's just getting my block start better.
