@Sir Cobalot Would I be able to use these?

@Sir Cobalot I know you've used post foundations and also pier block foundations. Do you treat your posts? If so, what do you use? And if not, do they have any issues that you've noticed? Also wondering if you prefer posts in the ground or on pier blocks and why. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Being new both here and to the building method I thought it appropriate to ask: should wall pallets have boards on both sides?

Project is coming along well… Just about finished with the framing, ready to start cobbing this weekend ! Wish more forks in this community lived closer to me and could come down to help with the cobbing, as that is the extra fun part. This is a work-trade / land stewardship exchange (not paid): help with natural building and land care in exchange for a place to live and steward the land. My original vision was rammed earth (vision images attached), and more recently I’ve been called toward cob. I’ve attached recent photos of the property as well — there’s also a spring on the land.
