12/29/24 - 12/05/25 😎Appearance: ✅ Got some new clothes and accessories to add to my style. Very form-fitting, looks good. 🗣️ Meet a Stranger: ✅ Saw person in town and asked “Ready for the new semester?” (Assumed they were a student) turned into a good conversation. Exchanged instas 🏋️ Exercise: ✅ Had some days that I didn’t want to work out but I just started by doing first couple exercises and it made the rest come easy. 12/29/24 - 12/05/25 😎Appearance:✅ Diet and routine peaked this week, a relaxing weekend has me motivated to repeat the same process 🗣️ Meet a Stranger: ❌ 🏋️ Exercise: ✅ Started planning the week out on a calendar, cardio in the AM and weights in the PM

Got some ideas for this next week. 🗣️ Meet a Stranger: ✅ My brother and I went last-minute Christmas shopping and ran into a very cute girl doing the same thing. Had a nice little chat with her. 🏋️ Exercise: ✅ I was sick all week but STILL worked out everyday. Proud of that.
