@Azbah Khizar welcome in brother,
Roast my offer
I'm 16 and I run a done for you Google review service in the UAE (Dubai area). Here is everything, be brutal. Quick context since most of you are US based: purchasing power here is lower than the USA, so the prices will look small to you. I also can't realistically sell to the US market. Timezone difference, and I don't sound local. My local market is the one I can actually reach. The offer: a business gives me a customer's name and number after they finish a job. My system sends that customer a WhatsApp with a photo of a worker holding a whiteboard with their name written on it, then asks for a Google review. Follows up automatically if they don't reply. AED 197 a month (about $54), 10 days free. The numbers: AED 844 spent on Meta ads (about $230) 20,401 impressions 65 WhatsApp conversations started AED 16 per conversation (about $4.35) and it keeps climbing for some reason 0 paying clients Tried a video ad, spent AED 50 ($14), got 1 conversation, killed it. Static images do all the work. Where it's breaking: A lot of the people who message me are junk. Marketing agencies pitching me, people looking for jobs, and people who tapped the ad by accident and tell me so when I call. Out of all of it, 2 signed up for the free trial. Both died. One ghosted me during onboarding. All he had to do was connect his number so the system could send from his business. Chased him three days, nothing. The other got spooked when he realised I can see his customer conversations inside the system. He didn't want his contacts sitting in my database. I get it, but I need that access or the thing doesn't work. How I sell it: they message me from the ad, and before I mention price or the trial I send a live demo. I ask for one of their real customers name and number and the system fires the actual review request while we're talking. People react well. Then they go quiet a day later anyway. Targeting car garages right now, but it works for any business with walk in customers.

tbh i dont see a clear offer here, your explained what you do and how youve done it but no clear offer, did you watch the video on offer creation?
Offer Audit
Who you help: Self-employed people with up-and-down income (freelancers, coaches, creatives, service providers) who earn well but can't keep it, and have done the inner work on everything except money. Outcome: A robust financial system that builds your wealth while you sleep, so money stops getting in the way of your life. Reliability (not a one-off): Not a 12-week fix you lose. A system you keep for life that carries on building after the programme ends. Timeframe: 12 weeks. First clarity within 30 days. Mechanism: The Money Story Method - 4 phases: Discovery, Dissection, Implementation, Planning. Behavioural economics changes the behaviour; financial planning builds the system. Differentiation: Not willpower, not budgeting apps, not mindset fluff, not an adviser managing your money. Behavioural economics and qualified financial planning together (most coaches do one). Built by someone who lost £150k of his own and studied why. Specificity ("that's me exactly"): For you if: your income swings between good and bad months, you earn well but there's nothing to show for it, you've done therapy or inner work but money never shifted, you're building your own thing, and you put off opening your banking app. Not for you if: you just want tips, you're pre-revenue with no bills, or nothing feels urgent. Risk handling: By your 8th session, no progress, 100% money back. Confidence signals: MSc Behavioural Economics + Qualified Financial Planner. A named 4-phase method. Real numbers: 12 weeks, 12 sessions, clarity in 30 days, a 100% money back guarantee. Better than the market?: Clearer (a named system, not vague "money mindset"), better (psychology and real planning, not one half), safer (a half-way full refund almost no coach offers).

questions for you, how many clients do you have in this space? Do you have case stduies? IMO this lacks a clear tangible outcome and the targeting might be a bit to broad. but my opinion might chnage depending on how you answer the questions above.
Personalised First Lines
@Aurelien Luvara @Aurelien Luvara i feel like these personalised first lines in bulk just seem too AI sloppy and ppl can smell that from VERY far away. Would be curious to know what you recommend here to not have a "pitchy" first liner and thus in inbox preview, it doesnt look like a cold email

Objetive Marketing
Hi everyone. Today I wanted to talk about something that happened with a client. We were discussing marketing, and he treated every point I made as if it were an absolute truth. For instance, I told him, "You need to niche down; that way, you speak directly to your ideal client, and it’s easier to structure your message." He kept asking for "details" regarding that statement. My point here isn't to question the concept of niches, but rather to highlight the "partiality" of this kind of knowledge. While these strategies do work, I feel they are skewed toward simplifying concepts that—in my experience—are actually more complex. I believe funnels, avatars, and the like are very important. However, if you look at "success stories," they always share common factors. (This is very vague, I know), but to me, that common thread is simplicity disguised as complexity—and the mastery of that simplicity. It happens when a post conveys a very clear message—focusing on *emotion* rather than just *text*—that even a child could understand, yet it’s seasoned with creativity and coherence (where every element points to the same emotion). It also includes a trigger—a CTA, or whatever you want to call it—that prompts a clear action without explicitly stating it. I’m leaving out the "hook" because it’s so often misunderstood; people end up making it so obvious that the audience just scrolls right past. Sorry for talking about something that might not be directly related to this community. Let me know what you think, or if I'm tripping.

Nah i think everyone here should read this, simplicity is key, and like you said it does not cancel the other philosophies of niching down etc thanks for sharing
