🌍 Calling All Nomads Craving Something Deeper
🌍 Calling All Nomads Craving Something Deeper (Or slower. Or simpler. Or more soulful.) I’m curating a 6-month world tour for a small group of nomads in 2026—and if you’re longing for real community, beautiful places, and thoughtful pacing, I’d love to meet you. This isn’t a retreat. It’s not a coaching program. It’s not a hustle-fueled co-working grind either. It’s just… a different rhythm. One where we live together. Cook together. Heal together. Or maybe just cross paths and share dinner once in a while. Here’s the itinerary (all chosen for good WiFi, mild weather, affordability, and magic you can’t book on GetYourGuide): 🧭 January – Budapest, Hungary (thermal baths + deep winter coziness) 🧭 February – Bangalore, India (Ayurveda + flower trees in bloom) 🧭 March – Baguio, Philippines (a cool-weather mountain town above the tropics) 🧭 April – Blenheim, New Zealand (sunny vineyards + sea-scented calm) 🧭 May – Bogotá, Colombia (vibrant culture + eternal spring climate) 🧭 June – Braga, Portugal (quiet charm, tiled streets, and a joyful Mediterranean finale) I’ve been a digital nomad for nearly a decade, living and working across five continents. I’m also an entrepreneur, a chronic illness survivor, and a big believer in slow mornings, body-based wisdom, and finding your people wherever you go. Some folks will join for the full journey. Some might just drop in for a city or two. All are welcome. If this sparks something in you—curiosity, resonance, a whisper of a yes—drop a 🌿 below and I’ll DM you the details. Here’s to rewriting the way we wander. — Augustine

Thanks for the encouragement
B 1 has helped my pots symptoms so much
Highly recommend a 100mg daily regimen of B1 for 6 Months to treat the pot’s symptoms- Specifically the sodium recycling issues. B1 is thiamine and deficiency symptoms include loss of appetite, weakness, pain in the limbs, shortness of breath and swollen feet or legs, muscle weakness, problems with coordination, or loss of muscle, fast heart rate, peripheral neuropathy, limb, loss of appetite, sensation of pins and needles in extremities AND FATIGUE! Foods with thiamine include nutritional yeast, sea vegetables, asparagus and peas, seeds, beans, and fish. But if you’re suffering from deficiency, it might be best to take it as a supplement for some time to verify the amount you’re getting daily is substantial enough to repair. In 3 months I felt better and in 5 months I no longer needed salt supplements. Try it out and see for yourself!
