Time is our most precious resource
Money is important, no doubt, and we shouldn't be ashamed of having or needing money. The difference with time is that once we spend it, it is gone, and we can't get it back. So, reflecting on your day, how did you do with investing your time wisely? Don't worry, I will start first:). No judgement here:)

@Andrew Nelson looks like a day well spent 💪
Saying NO isn't that hard
The word NO is a difficult one to say, especially if we are people pleasers. However, it is also extremely liberating. Warren Buffet said he said no to almost everything. Why do you think that is and what were the benefits?

I understand how saying no can be liberating to focus on what you find the most important. Although I do find it difficult in practice. I'm really getting better about saying no to people who aren't that important to me. But when it comes to my family I struggle to find a right balance that works both for me and them 🙄 Often if I say no I just feel guilty afterwards.
Overwhelm and the Tarpaulin Principle (Kain Ramsay, Achology)
Sometimes we have a million things to do. The Tarpaulin Principle is to pick one corner of the goundsheet (Tarpaulin) and nail that down first to the ground. This gives a starting point, no matter how strong the wind of life is. We can't do everything or multi-task, so it's picking one important priority and going with it. How do you overcome those moments when you just have too much on your plate.

I'm guilty of feeling overwhelmed way too often. One way I have dealt with this in the past is to create a so called goal stack. Taking the big and overwhelming thing and breaking it down to smaller ones to be completed withing a shorter timeframe. Then doing it again for one of the smaller ones and breaking it down to even smaller milestones. And repeating this until you can specify 2-3 specific actions that you can do today or tomorrow, that will help towards the milestone above, and automatically contribute towards the big goal. Hope it makes sense 🙂
Think and Grow Rich - Napoleon Hill
OK, admit it, you read it. Of course Rich doesn't just mean $$$$ For me, I am reading for third time, it's about mindset and bloody-mindedness. What did you get out of it?

I need to reread it as well. One thing I remember that I really wanted to implement was to have a mastermind of a few people having the sames values and working on the same goals. Sharing what everyone learns and helping each other grow.

@Andrew Nelson We can do that! Let's hop on a call and see how it goes 💪
Who are you?
What you do + How you perform = Who you are..... OR Who you are + How you perform = What you do...... How do you define yourself?

Second one resonates with me more. What about you?
