Email Warm-Up Platforms
Question about email warmup platforms. Any top suggestions? We're looking at TrulyInbox since they have a monthly with unlimited email accounts. Otherwise, there's a monthly charge for each inbox. Also, looking at using connect@domain.com for each client email for best practices. Any expert tips on this? There's no clear documentation in GHL about this and it's a scalable issue for SaaS clients.

@Lori Bell Hi Lori, with ne subaccounts, there's a warm-up period for the emails and domains to go through so that domains don't get blacklisted. And it's tough to dig out of if, for example, clientse start sending out more emails in one shot, per day that goes over limit. It's one of those tech things that we educate clients on when sending email and SMS campaigns. @Charles Guerra ?

@Charles Guerra We're scaling new clients at about 10 per month with more coming and want to create the SOP so that wcan onboard faster and get the comliance issues handled conistently. There are mostly start-ups or SMBs and we're adding a lead gen value add to each client, so the emails are going to scale quickly. We'll need to build the warm-up cost into the monthly for each client. It gets expensive per client, so looking for scalability.

DOD Team Member Question on Demo Set-Up
Hey Charles and all, in Charles' demo instructions in the classroom, in the calendar settings, he says you need to add a team member, but there's no instructions on how to do that correctly. Is that just a random person with email or is that where we add the client in as the team member during the demo or? I've listened to this several times and need help to get past it. Hopefull, this post will help others too. Thanks.

I'm thinking this snapshot needs to be imported in the main agency subaccount, not a separate subaccount. That way, an additional A2P is not required, and the demo can be logged with the contact for accurate lead gen tracking... thoughts?

@Mike Routen Sounds like setting this up in the agency subaccount is the way to go to access the A2P easily
