Any CPA/TAX Prep people on this chat? I understand a lot of the same people who do credit repair also do tax prep. I am essentially looking for somebody who can consult me on the following: Can give me a roadmap on how to offset my credit/funding income with real estate bonus depreciation as I am still classified as a full time real estate participant.
