Facebook ads: using prepaid funds as an Agency
Hi there, I'm looking for a way to set up the payment method on an Facebook ad account. We have been added as an agency on a Facebook page to launch campaigns on their behalf. The owner of the page has funded the prepaid funds and I would like to know how we (agency) can use that funds and launch the ad campaign? Everything about the ads is setup, however, we don't see where to use the funds. Thank you

You can follow these steps: 1. When you log in to Facebook go to the “Menu” bar and navigate to “Ad account” and here you will asked to select the ad account that is associated with the campaign you want put money on. 2. In the ad account settings look for “billing and payment tab” and you will be shown options to manage billing and payment methods of the ad account. 3. Then you will add prepaid funds 4. After payment is done you can proceed with launching the campaign.

@Serge Kishiko Did you confirm partner status? Because this works only if the status is “Active” and there are no discrepancies in your agreement. If everything is alright then you have to ask for support from facebook
